This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, and inventory updates. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Coocoonly currently ships to the United States. We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain regions where delivery services are not available.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on shipping destination, package weight, shipping method, and carrier rates. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase. Free shipping is available on orders over $40.
Orders shipped to United States may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other local fees determined by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside Coocoonly’s control. We do not currently ship outside the United States; if this changes, this policy will be updated to reflect the new destinations and any applicable customs terms.
Orders may be shipped through trusted logistics providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can track the status of their shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, and transportation delays. Coocoonly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect the shipment. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Coocoonly cannot guarantee recovery if the package is lost or stolen. If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, we may request photos of the damaged product, photos of the shipping packaging, and your order number. Once verified, we may provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are stored in different fulfillment locations. You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.
Coocoonly is not responsible for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, customs inspections, pandemics, labor strikes, and transportation disruptions.
Coocoonly strives to comply with applicable safety and labeling requirements for baby carrier products, including regulations enforced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Customers should review product instructions and safety information upon receiving the product.
